Hi, we’re Matt and Maria — two adventurous humans who love the written word and believe in the magic that happens when people come together to create, connect, and get a little messy with their ideas.

We started Writers Anonymous because we needed a space that felt real — warm, welcoming, and creatively alive. So we built it. Now, we’re inviting you in.

This co-ed group is open to anyone who feels the pull to write: seasoned authors, brand-new beginners, secret poets, screenwriters, journal-keepers, daydreamers — anyone who has something to say and wants a space to say it.

We meet monthly for 90 minutes of connection, creativity, and a little mischief. You can expect to:

• do a little creative writing (nothing too serious),

• jump into some fun improv to stretch your imagination,

• and get thoughtful, kind feedback on your work (if you're up for it).

We read aloud, explore character and story, and cheer each other on.
It’s free to join. No pressure. No pretentious vibes. Just good humans and good stories.
